Wondering what to do with all that end-of-season basil growing in your garden? Make this DELICIOUS, aromatic, herbal cocktail! So refreshing! Great as a kick-off cocktail for your next gathering.
Into a clean shaker add:
1 3/4 ounces Gin
6 - 8 basil leaves (per drink)
1 ounce simple syrup
1 ounce lime juice
5 drops Angostura Bitters
1 - 2 cups of ice
After cocktail is shaken: 1 ounce Topo Chico/Club Soda
Garnish: whole basil leaves and/or lime slices
